There can be a couple of reasons for this, so don't worry. If you've waited up to 24 hours and still haven't received your credits then make sure that you've done the following:
- Read and followed the Offer Instructions for that specific app (For example, sometimes you may just need to download & open the app for a couple minutes, or you may have to also enter an email address for registration)
- Downloaded the sponsored app onto your mobile device.
- Tried the app at least once for 5 minutes
- Have not downloaded the app before either through another provider or on your own.****
You should also make sure that you are using the device that you want the credits to show up on. That means that if you've started using AppBounty on your Android Phone and your Android Tablet you will have 2 separate accounts, since we identify your account by each separate device. If you have completed all of these steps and you STILL haven't received your credits, then please go to the contact us section and send us a message.
